NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT 

UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT

Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for the purchase of 

One (1) Palfinger 11’ Crane Body with Hydraulic 6025 Crane, Sourcewell Contract #081325-NAF.

Information regarding the contract may be obtained at the Lower Township MUA, 2900 Bayshore Road, Villas, NJ, Monday – Friday, 

(legal holidays excluded) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, from the Authority’s Purchasing Agent. Information can also be obtained 

through the Sourcewell website https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov. The LTMUA anticipates utilizing the Sourcewell contract on March 4, 2026. 

The current Sourcewell Contract term for Contract #081325-NAF is valid until November 13, 2029. It is the intent of the LTMUA to make a contract 

award to National Auto Fleet Group, 490 Auto Center Drive, Watsonville, CA 95076 as stated in Sourcewell Contract 081325-NAF, pursuant to the 

proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell advertised competitive, sealed bid. The Authority is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).

Comment period ends March 4, 2026.
