PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, the Lower Township Municipal Utilities Authority (LTMUA) of the Township of Lowerhas scheduled a Special Meeting on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 4:00 P.M., in the LTMUA’s meeting room located at 2900 Bayshore Road, Villas, New Jerseyfor consideration of the following:

Formal Action may be taken at this meeting. Portions of the meeting will be held in Closed Executive Session. This is an open public meeting. Notice of this meeting was sent to the Cape May County Hearld and the Press of Atlantic City on January 8, 2024. In addition, a copy of this notice was sent to the Township Clerk and copies were posted in a prominent location in the LTMUA Administrative Building and on the Borough Hall, as well as on the Borough of Roselle Website.
