Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Water Collection and Control Products for Community Infrastructure SUPPLIER: Core and Main LP, Sensus Meters and Radios, SOURCEWELL CONTRACT #040825-CAM.

Information regarding the contract may be obtained at the Lower Township MUA, 2900 Bayshore Road, Villas, NJ, Monday – Friday, (legal holidays excluded) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, from the Authority’s Purchasing Agent.

Information can also be obtained through the Sourcewell website at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov.

The LTMUA anticipates utilizing the Sourcewell contract on May 06, 2026. The current Sourcewell Contract term for CONTRACT #040825-CAM is valid until October 02, 2029.

It is the intent of the LTMUA to make a contract award to Core and Main, LP and determined in the best interest of the LTMUA to utilize Sourcewell Vendors, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the SOURCEWELL CONTRACT #040825-CAM, Core and Main, LP, Sensus Meters and Radios.

The Authority is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).

Comment period ends May 06, 2026.
